Instructor Opportunities
The Portland Community Center is always looking for instructors interested in providing instructional programs at our newly remodeled facility. If you have a special skill or talent and are interested in sharing this skill through an instructional class, then this is the place to get started! With our new large, renovated kitchen this would be an ideal space for cooking classes or demonstrations!
Our large multipurpose room and open gym space is perfect for fitness classes! Our Portland Senior Center is a great place for a low impact exercise program or a painting class. If you are interested in becoming an instructor, please contact Henry Lara – Community Center Manager at Phone 361-777-4673 or email him at henry.lara@portlandtx.gov.
