Portland Community Center Renovations

In late 2019, the City of Portland completed a major $15M expansion and renovation of the Portland Community Center.   

- The expansion included: 17,400 square feet of meeting space, kitchen and office areas, lobbies, restrooms, and corridors.

- Additional new construction included the main entrance, a new covered drop-off canopy at the north entrance, and general site improvements.

- It also included major and minor renovations of approximately 28,800 square feet throughout the Community Center, including restrooms, lockers, kitchen, meeting areas, offices, and corridors.
